You don't have to have to know exactly what you want in order to start the process of creating change. You may have a vague sense that something isn't right in your life, or a specific issue that you want to address, or both. Whether you are looking for help for yourself or your child, I am here to help you find and take the next step.

I provide both short- and long-term services for children and adults, and conduct sessions that are formatted to fit each client's specific needs. Sessions may be scheduled from once per week up to 3-4 times per week, and may be conducted in my office or within the home or community. Home- and community-based sessions can be especially beneficial for clients who find the formal face-to-face paradigm uncomfortable, or who want to integrate the therapy process more fully into the rhythms and routines of daily life.
